Documents Required
For Applicants
PAN Card & Aadhaar Card of owner/directors- Passport size photo
- Company incorporation certificate / business registration proof
- Proof of business address (all locations, if multi state)
- List of food products and manufacturing process
- Water testing report
- Import Export Code (IEC) for import/export businesses
- Recall plan and food safety management system (FSMS) plan
