Documents Required
For Applicants
PAN Card & Aadhaar Card of owner/partners- Passport size photo
- Proof of business address
- Business registration proof (partnership deed, incorporation certificate, etc.)
- List of food products to be manufactured/sold
- Water testing report (for manufacturing units) NOC from local municipal authority (if applicable)
