IPR Services - Design Registration

Design Registration

Design Registration is the legal process of protecting the unique visual appearance of a product its shape, pattern, configuration, or ornamentation under the Designs Act, 2000. It protects how a product looks, not how it works, giving the owner exclusive rights to prevent others from copying that specific design.
